The COSCOM communication system is compatible with CubeSat standards1. It receives telecommand data from ground and transmits satellite-to-ground telemetry and payload data. It has the main functions of telecommand, telemetry, data transmission, OC instruction output, and working mode instruction switching, in which the system function can respond to the polling of satellite affairs, complete its telemetry collection and transmission, and receive indirect instructions from satellite affairs. Now the rate of the downlink is as high as 1.2Gbps.
